Kids love pizza, and adding veggies makes it healthier!
Ingredients:
English muffins or pita bread
Tomato sauce
Shredded cheese
Diced veggies (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms)
Oregano or Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread tomato sauce on each muffin/flatbread.
Sprinkle cheese and add the diced veggies.
Top with a pinch of seasoning.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
