Ingredients:
8 oz noodles (rice noodles or wheat)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Crushed peanuts or cashews for topping
Instructions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.
Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and broccoli; stir-fry until tender.
Add cooked noodles, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Toss everything together until coated and heated through.
Top with crushed nuts for crunch. Serve immediately.
