Rainbow Veggie Wraps

A colorful and crunchy way to get kids to eat their veggies!

Ingredients:

Whole wheat tortillas or wraps
Cream cheese or hummus
Sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, orange, green)
Shredded carrots
Cucumber strips
Lettuce leaves
Sliced avocado (optional)

Instructions:

Spread a layer of cream cheese or hummus on the tortilla.
Layer the colorful veggies and lettuce on top.
Roll up tightly and slice into pinwheels.
Serve with a side of ranch or yogurt dip.
